Making inclusive projects is an aim and objective of most social organizations. Sometimes, though, the inclusion part is thought of after projects or activities are submitted.

Joves Solides, a partner organization from Valencia, has designed a method to create more inclusive projects from scratch.

Factor 5 is a tool based on gamification and focused on empowering citizens in the resolution of social conflicts based on game mechanics. Through the method, teamwork processes are generated, which produce satisfaction, positivity, and above all, effectiveness and willingness to face these challenges.

In order to propose ‘solutions’ to problems of the community, for example, the game askes questions, and have to go through 5 phases in order to be sustainable and inclusive. The game adds difficulties that can happen in real life, and doesn’t have the final aim to fulfil all the points, but to add more approaches to ideas that people can have.

Joves Solides is specialised in social innovation and inclusion, and can teach and organize international workshops to introduce and implement the game.
